We will meet on Zoom for a 60-minute pre-cleanse Ayurvedic Health Counseling session. You will have the opportunity to educate me about you, your health, and your goals for the cleanse. We will look at your current state of balance/imbalance and work together to personalize the cleanse to help you achieve your goals.

After you finish the cleanse, we will meet for a second session to help you integrate what you learned during the cleanse process and make a plan for you to carry these insights forward into your life.
